Hey Will I've been searching for the Simagic FX Pro, and because your reviews are so good and you usually go so deep with customization and information, I wanted to see this kind of attention and detail given to that wheel I mentioned. Many people talk a lot but don't provide the same level of depth that you provide in the reviews and I'm really curious to see you do the software configuration on the FX Pro.

I got the G Pro about a year ago and I have really enjoyed it. The lack of different wheel rims really sucks....I will say though using my friends DD recently I never realize how much extra little detail I was getting with trueforce in comparison. Although he had a bit more force with his setup the extra detail in iRacing from TrueForce was missed immediately.

Why does my PS5 look like 1/4 of this in terms of quality and smoothness?

I wanted one of these but they were always out of stock. Bought a G Pro instead, I have owned Logitech wheels prior with no issues. No regrets.

I feel like Cammus has a design problem, even this wheel CAN look better by removing that Cammus plate... How didn't anyone suggest that?

Но в душе хотел DD, поэтому дождался его в бюджетном сегменте R5 дороже всего на $100, но там только большая мощность и шкура синтетического зверя в отделке (к слову к ней больше всего вопросов, очень много отзывов о расплетении шва). Жаль clutch и shifter стоят относительно дорого, поэтому пока отложу их покупку

"I want to have some weight in my wheel so it doesn't feel toyish" Yeah that's dumb. that's not pure functionality. sim racing games are not twitch shooters, so some weight in wheel is ok. you could have discussion that having it is good; but then again, you can add inertia in wheelbase force feedback settings. there's settings in wheelbase software to help that. well i guess... i have a question: is too lightweight a bad thing?

What wheel are you using in the video, if i might ask?

I love the look of the wheel, very classy and smooth outline. I don't like the sharp lines and aggressive look of other wheels. So i wish there was a replica for half the price ($500 or smth) that looks exactly the same (without the logo 😃). But close in quality. The rotaries certainly cannot be cheaped out on, those MUST be tactile.

I've got it on my new Focus ST. In normal mode its nice. In sport mode, it's waaaaay too loud. Ruins the experience.

The adding of the arm to the base with that collar is literrally impossible I can't even get suppprt on why the collar is so tight. So far not impressed

Hey @boostedmedia been a big fan of yours for a long long time. I started the drift journey just over a year and a half ago myself as someone who hadn't really been around it IRL. Biggest tip I can recommend is actually drive a couple of cars with a bit more power (say 400 horsepower ish) . From what I can see here based on power and how it slides, as well as engine sounds pretty sure you're using a WDTS or DWG car pack car. They are great cars but deceptively hard to drive especially when revs bog down and a very technical set of cars. Shortening the final gear (slider right) might give you a bit more revs up front as well to offset the turbo lag / bogging down in revs. A slight step up in power would be the BDC car pack - not the hardest cars to drive but just a bit more power so you can play with throttle more rather than worrying about clutch. I would also highly recommend a track that's nice and flat and wide so you feel less pressure on mistakes, soyo_daikoku, Tykkimaki Kouvula, Tamworth UK Streets are a few that come to mind, but if your heart is set on . I wouldn't consider myself the best drifter in Australia or anything like that, but i've driven with and competed against some of the best both in Aus and Internationally and would be happy to pass on knowledge gained from there.

With the adapter allow you to use the Logitech DD pro for PC wheel on PS5, then by the logitech G pedals? The PC version is so much cheaper than ps wheel.

I use the moza r9 for drifting and ITS Just Not fun because ITS Just oscillating Like crazy, Trust me ive tried every setting for weeks. I think im going to send it Back an maybe they Van give me a funcioning one

To be fair, i traded the r5 bundle for this pro setup. These pedals dunk all over the moza srp (upgraded from lite) ones imho after using both for a bit. The moza setup was still fantastic; doing it over id skip r5 and just make my own bundle with r12, crp pedals and formula wheel. Im just a logitech lifer, and i have zero regrets getting the pro setup. I just regret getting into this rabbit hole😅

Heads up for thise looking to buy these now mid 2024, I got the 5% discount and was pretty chuffed but on returning to the Logi web site just 3 days later I find that Logi have discounted their G Pro products by an even larger amount. Don't ask me I'm shite at maths. If only I had waited 72 more hours but as an infamous maga man once opined, who knew?

i can’t believe i’m hanging out for the RTX 5090 to power my Pimax Crystal. tired of having lower settings to play in VR even with my 4090.

Gotta say, at that price point (+1500USD), I much rather have a GSI Hyper P1 (screen) or a Hyper SL (same wheel though without the screen and a slightly different RPM + Telemetry LED layout). You get more rotary switches, more thumb encoders, and an extra 4 way switch (clickable and twistable).
